Culture Activation & Creative Intern

- Assist in planning and executing culture activation initiatives and employee engagement activities that promote company values and strengthen organizational culture. - Develop creative concepts and engaging content for internal campaigns, events, and communication materials to encourage employee participation. - Support the creation of visual assets, presentations, and promotional materials for internal events and culture-building initiatives. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to organize employee activities, manage event logistics, and ensure smooth execution of culture activation programs. - Monitor employee participation and gather feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
