Logistic Admin Intern

1. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional departments to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. 2. Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process standardization and operational consistency. 3. Coordinate everyday transportation routes and schedules for drivers or third-party logistics (3PL) providers. innovation, and the generation of improvement ideas throughout the organization. 4. Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders (DO), and bills of lading (B/L), Insurance and etc. 5. Liaise and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and transport companies. 6. Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately log delivery records, freight costs, and supply chain data into the internal database. Prepare periodic logistics and productivity reports for management 7. Support the enhancement of Warehouse Quality Management System (QMS) performance through 5S implementation, visual management, and documentation control initiatives.
