Business and Contract Intern

Qualifications : Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering Management, or a related field. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Lark or other database and collaboration tools is an advantage. Good research, data entry, document organization, and communication skills. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines. Interested in supplier development, procurement, and the engineering and construction industry. Job Description: Assist in identifying and researching local suppliers, subcontractors, and engineering consultants based on project needs and business development priorities. Contact potential suppliers to collect company profiles, product and service information, business licenses, certifications, and project references. Maintain and update the supplier database, including supplier categories, contact details, qualification documents, and development status. Check submitted documents for completeness, prepare document checklists, and follow up on missing or expired documents. Support supplier meetings and site visits by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, recording meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Assist in organizing supplier evaluation forms, compiling assessment results, and tracking supplier registration and approval progress. Collect supplier performance feedback from relevant departments and prepare regular reports on supplier development activities. Support supplier recruitment campaigns, internal supplier referrals, and the department’s daily coordination and administrative work.
