1. Does routine maintenance consistently as directed by superior skill. 2. Quickly respond and efficiently work repair in general. 3. Routine inspection based on schedule of maintenance. 4. Apply “safety first” in all in hotel activities. 5. Reports harmful things like fire, earthquake, flood, etc to supervisor quickly. 6. Accustoms to face fire, earthquake, flood, etc. 7. Care of warehouse and repair equipment office and warehouse. 8. Apply the fire evacuation in any cases involving guest, management & staff as procedure.
