Enterprise Operations Intern

Job description: - Prepare project documentation, maintain project logs, assist in generating status reports, and support other project-related administrative tasks. - Help coordinate and track project tasks and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met. - Attend and take notes during meetings, summarizing action items and follow-up tasks. - Develop and maintain operational dashboards, including data preparation, analysis, visualization, and performance reporting. - Explore data sources, system connectivity, and integration opportunities to ensure reliable data sourcing and reporting, in collaboration with relevant teams. Requirements: - You have graduated within the past year, preferably in Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Applicants with relevant skills and experience are also welcome to apply. - You are familiar with project management. Relevant certifications would be an advantage. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have hands-on experience in dashboard development using Microsoft Power BI. - You have a strong interest in data sourcing and system integration, with a willingness to explore and troubleshoot data connectivity challenges. Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, or data integration would be an advantage. - Familiarity with Microsoft Project would be an advantage. - You are committed to a full 6-month internship.
