Crew & Staff Restoran

Assist with daily operational and administrative activities within the Food & Beverage Department. - Gain practical experience in both Food & Beverage Service and Food & Beverage Product (Kitchen) operations. - Participate in restaurant, banquet, and event service activities under supervision. - Learn basic table setup, food and beverage service, guest handling, and service standards. - Participate in basic kitchen operations, including food preparation, kitchen organization, hygiene, and sanitation. - Assist with inventory recording and monitoring of food, beverage, and operational supplies. - Support the preparation and organization of F&B reports, checklists, and operational documents. - Assist in documenting daily operational activities, guest feedback, and departmental requirements. - Learn the coordination between F&B Service, Kitchen, Purchasing, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other hotel departments. - Develop practical skills in hospitality service, teamwork, communication, and guest satisfaction. - Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, safety, and professional working standards.
