Learning Design Intern

- Partner with the TMD team to apply adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to ensure training drives real behavioral change - Map high-level training curricula and break them down into clear, step-by-step syllabuses for Store Trainers and Ops Leaders - Transform complex SOPs and text-heavy manuals into engaging learning modules, training flows, and assessments - Research and recommend modern training trends (e.g., microlearning, gamification, new digital tools) to upgrade current delivery methods
