HR - Data Analyst Apprenticeship

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁   • Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.   • Fresh graduate with no formal work experience (internship not counted).   • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and PowerPoint for report preparation.   • Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills.   • Able to organize data and present information clearly.   • Good communication skills and willingness to learn. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 & 𝗱𝗼:   • Support the collection, processing, and consolidation of HR data.   • Assist in preparing Performance Review and other HR Planning & Strategy reports.   • Prepare clear and structured PowerPoint presentations from HR data.   • Support basic data analysis and organize information for HR reports and presentations.   • Support HR digitalization initiatives and improvement of HR processes.   • Assist in Talent Management activities and other HR Planning & Strategy operations.
