What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in the development and deployment of AI-powered features and tools for our real estate platforms, focusing on the Singapore market. - Analyse large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can be used to improve user experience and business operations. - Experiment with and implement Generative AI models to create innovative solutions for content generation, data analysis, and user interaction. - Collaborate with software and data engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems. - Contribute to the research and development of new AI applications within the PropTech space. - Evaluate and optimise AI model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. What We're Looking For: - A Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a strong bonus. However, we also value practical problem-solvers who are hands-on, fast learners, and self-driven. For example, someone who isn’t afraid to tackle a complex Excel formula or use tools like Zapier to create automation solutions for real-world problems and business improvement. - A minimum GPA of 3.50. - Strong software or data engineering background is a significant plus.
