Customer Experience Support Intern

Support daily Customer Experience operations by assisting with customer inquiries, service requests, complaints, and case follow-ups through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Assist in managing customer tickets using Zendesk, monitoring service quality, tracking KPIs and SLAs, analyzing recurring customer issues using Excel, preparing operational reports, and coordinating with relevant teams to support issue resolution and service improvement initiatives.
