Intern - People Communications and Employer Branding Strategy

People Communications and Employer Branding Intern offers an opportunity for young talents to contribute to Telkomsel’s employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. Interns will support the management of Telkomsel’s employer branding social media channels and others communication platforms by developing relevant, engaging, and audience-focused content. The role covers the end-to-end communication process—from content planning, research, and copywriting to content production, publication, and performance monitoring. Interns will also collaborate with various teams including agency and external parties to identify employee stories, workplace initiatives, talent programs, culture campaigns, and employee experience topics that can be translated into compelling communication materials. Through this internship, interns will gain hands-on experience in social media management, communications, content creation, campaign execution, editorial planning, and communication performance analysis.
