• Assist with daily business operations and coordination across different business units. • Conduct market research, collect business data, and prepare reports to support business analysis and decision-making. • Support sales and commercial activities, including competitor research, customer analysis, and business presentation preparation. • Assist in coordinating projects, monitoring progress, and communicating updates with relevant teams. • Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and contribute practical recommendations. • Participate in cross-functional rotations to gain exposure to different business functions and workflows. • Work on assigned business projects and present findings and recommendations to management. • Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and periodic performance evaluations throughout the program.
