1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Review incoming applications, source potential candidates across various platforms, and conduct thorough profile screenings to match volume hiring requirements. 2. Initial Interviews & Assessment: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit efficiently. 3. End-to-End Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with user departments, manage high-volume candidate communications, and support administrative processes through to successful hiring.
