Product Support Intern

- Assist in handling product-related inquiries, issues, and requests from internal teams or users to support smooth product operations. - Monitor product functionality and performance, identify potential issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. - Support product testing, documentation, and validation to ensure product features meet business requirements and user expectations. - Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to communicate product updates and support issue resolution. - Maintain product support records, analyze recurring issues, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improving product quality and user experience.
