Product Support Intern

Job Description: - Assist in handling and responding to product-related questions, issues, and requests from users or internal teams - Monitor and document product issues, including identifying patterns and providing relevant information for further investigation - Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with Product, Engineering, or other relevant teams to resolve issues - Assist in testing product features and validating fixes or improvements before and after release - Maintain product support documentation, FAQs, issue logs, and other relevant materials - Communicate issue updates and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail - Comfortable working with digital products, applications, and basic troubleshooting processes - Able to clearly document and communicate issues to both technical and non-technical teams - Proactive, responsive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
