Pastry

As a Pastry Intern, you will support daily pastry kitchen operations by preparing raw ingredients, baking pastries and desserts according to standard recipes (SOP), maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and learning various baking and decorating techniques under chef supervision. Who we are looking for: 1. Strong willingness to learn, high initiative, and an open mindset toward receiving feedback and guidance from the culinary team. 2. Fresh graduate majoring in Culinary Arts, or Pastry & Bakery. 3. Passionate about baking, cake decorating, and the art of pastry. 4. Good attention to detail, strong time management skills, and emotional composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 5. Solid teamwork spirit and commitment to personal and workplace hygiene (Food Safety & Hygiene).
