Building Utility – Mechanical Engineering Intern

The Building Utility – Mechanical Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building utility systems and equipment. The intern will assist in maintenance preparation, routine equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, utility condition monitoring, abnormality follow-up, and improvement projects. Throughout the internship program, the intern will work closely with the Building Utility team to develop practical Mechanical Engineering skills in maintenance, equipment monitoring, technical documentation, problem-solving, safety, and continuous improvement.
