Digital Marketing Intern

1. Monitor and analyze daily social media content production from area teams to ensure content quality, consistency, and performance. 2. Develop improvement plans for social media programs based on performance analysis, audience engagement, and current digital marketing trends. 3. Support initiatives to increase online-to-offline (O2O) conversion by encouraging social media audiences to visit and engage with retail stores. 4. Prepare regular reports on content performance, social media program effectiveness, and store traffic generation. 5. Coordinate with area teams to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of social media improvement initiatives.
