Membership & Loyalty Intern

- Assist in managing membership and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and engagement. - Support the planning and execution of membership campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. - Monitor membership performance metrics, including member acquisition, engagement, and redemption rates, to evaluate program effectiveness. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of membership benefits, rewards, and promotional activities. - Analyze member data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support the development of loyalty strategies.
