People & Performance (HR Intern)

As a People & Performance Intern, you will support the People & Performance team in various human resources functions, primarily focusing on recruitment and HR administration. Your responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding, and the orientation or transition process for new hires and internal transfers. You will assist in collecting manpower requests and job descriptions while ensuring their accuracy and consistency, coordinate job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms, schedule interviews, and prepare interview outcome summaries. You will also help develop and maintain relationships with external talent sources, including universities, candidates, and internal recruitment teams, to support talent acquisition initiatives. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process by collecting Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on employees' first day, maintain and update HR records, reports, and databases, and provide administrative support for various People & Performance projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
