Multimedia Intern

1. Video Editing & Post-Production - Assembly cut, pacing, and final edits for short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos. - Audio processing, including sound design, voiceover syncing, background music selection, and noise reduction. - Basic color grading and color correction to align with brand aesthetic standards. - Creating engaging text overlays, animated captions, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics. - Reformatting and exporting video deliverables across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1) optimized for various digital platforms. 2. Photo Editing & Retouching - Batch photo sorting, culling, color correction, and exposure adjustment in Adobe Lightroom or similar software. - Detailed photo retouching in Photoshop (skin/product cleanup, background replacement, wire removal, and color matching). - Formatting and cropping photos for e-commerce, social media, and marketing print collaterals. 3. Asset Management & Shoot Support - Organizing and backing up raw media, project files, and final exports using structured folder naming conventions. - Assisting production teams on set during photoshoots or video shoots (equipment setup, lighting adjustments, logging takes) as needed. - Maintaining content calendars and collaborating with the brand team, design, creative producer and other peers to meet deadline schedules.
