Talent Acquisition Intern

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication for various positions. 2. Assist in reviewing candidate profiles, CVs, and application data to identify potential candidates based on job requirements. 3. Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience. 4. Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and hiring trackers to ensure accurate and organized recruitment documentation. 5. Support Talent Acquisition projects and ad hoc initiatives, including data analysis, process improvement, research, and administrative tasks to support recruitment effectiveness. 6. Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate assessment.
