Asset Management Intern (Fore Donut)

1. Asset Recording & Data Management: Maintain and update the fixed asset and store inventory database for Fore Donut with high accuracy. 2. Tracking & Inventory Control: Participate in regular stock takes, physical asset audits across warehouses and stores, and document all item transfers and movements. 3. Maintenance & Upkeep: Monitor scheduled maintenance programs for machinery, kitchen equipment, and store inventory to guarantee smooth daily operations. 4. Vendor & Document Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, delivery notes, official handover reports (BAST), vendor contracts, and warranty documentation. 5. Reporting: Compile routine reports detailing asset conditions, damage assessments, or inventory discrepancies for review by management.
