Creative Content Intern

Job Description: 1. Assist in developing creative content ideas related to fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, and pop culture trends for POPBELA.com and its digital platforms. 2. Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including ideation, scripting, filming, and basic video editing. 3. Appear on camera as a video talent or host, delivering content in an engaging, relatable, and confident manner that aligns with POPBELA.com's brand identity. 4. Conduct research and monitor the latest local and international entertainment news, celebrity updates, pop culture developments, and viral trends to identify relevant content opportunities. 5. Assist in writing short articles, social media captions, and other digital content with engaging angles, clear messaging, and proper grammar. 6. Conduct field coverage at various events, including product launches, fashion shows, media gatherings, and entertainment events, as well as interview celebrities, influencers, and relevant experts. 7. Develop fresh and compelling interview angles to produce distinctive content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences. 8. Collaborate with editorial, social media, and video production teams to ensure timely and engaging content delivery across relevant platforms. Job Requirements: 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. Students or graduates majoring in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Media, or related fields are preferred. 2. Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, and pop culture, with a strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences. 3. Up-to-date with the latest local and international entertainment news, celebrity updates, viral trends, and social media developments. 4. Confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a video talent or host. 5. Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts is preferred. 6. Able to develop creative content ideas, write engaging short-form articles and social media copy, and perform basic research and fact-checking. 7. Possess strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to engage with celebrities, influencers, and other interviewees and identify unique story angles. 8. Willing to conduct field coverage and attend events as required, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced media environment. 9. Proactive, creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 10. Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement throughout the internship period.
