What You'll Be Doing: - Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications and WhatsApp. - Analyse campaign performance and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities. - Create creative and engaging copy for weekly newsletters and other CRM campaigns. - Support audience segmentation strategy, setup and data maintenance. Including cleaning and managing segmentation data in Google Sheets. - Support BAU CRM operations, including campaign calendar, delivery monitoring and monthly reporting. - Conduct A/B tests on copy, subject lines, layouts and timing to optimise performance. - Improve email and push notification creatives to increase click-through rates (CTR). What We're Looking For: - Interested in using data to develop creative and effective CRM marketing strategies. - Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and consistency. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and other Google Workspace applications. - Eager to learn about new topics, industries and marketing tools. - Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. - Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Good to have: - A writing portfolio showcasing copywriting skills. - Basic knowledge of CRM platforms, HTML, or WordPress. - Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools. - Experience with Typeform and Bitly and other similar platforms.
