IT Support

To provide technical support and assistance for the hotel's IT infrastructure, computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity to ensure smooth and efficient daily hotel operations. The IT Support is responsible for resolving basic technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting employees with IT-related matters under the supervision of the IT Supervisor or IT Manager.
