What You’ll Be Doing - Support the SEO Specialist in maintaining SEO documentation, reports and operational records. - Organise and update databases, spreadsheets and trackers to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Assist with collecting, cleaning, consolidating and analysing data to support SEO performance monitoring and reporting. - Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for process improvement. - Support business analysis by gathering requirements, documenting workflows and translating findings into actionable insights. - Assist in mapping, reviewing and documenting existing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Support the management of SEO tools, including data organisation, usage tracking and documentation. - Coordinate with relevant teams to gather information, follow up on tasks and ensure operational activities are completed on time. What We’re Looking For - Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data analysis, business analysis and process improvement. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases; proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an advantage. - Ability to organise, interpret and analyse data to identify trends and draw meaningful insights. - Strong attention to detail when handling data, documentation and operational records. - An interest in SEO, digital products, business processes and operational efficiency. - Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Proactive, organised and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
