CRM & Automated Lifecycle Marketing Intern

- Assist in operating enterprise CRM platforms to set up and deploy push notifications, email newsletters, and in-app messaging templates. - Help design and build automated lifecycle user journeys (onboarding sequences, loan activation triggers, re-engagement campaigns). - Monitor campaign delivery metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and prepare weekly performance logs. - Coordinate with the copywriting and design team to gather assets and maintain content calendars for automated customer communications.
