Related Costing : Request & Submit YY for pattern maker dept for costing - put tpack details with all the details (FDS, Image, measurement spec, etc) to the system to get YY " "2.Related Costing : Request SMV to IE dept for costing - Put the tpack and trims spec to system to get SMV" 3. Summmary recap for YY & SMV : After get the YY & SMV for each style from IE dept, to make recap summary so can know for which styles are pending 4. Data Entry to sytem : Create Styles/BOM into internal system b/on tpack, details for each style 5. Filing data : put all data in excel chart for all styles/programs received from customer and Identified Tpack received purpose/requirement by the Customer (Development, Tailoring, Counter cost) 6. Fabric Commit recap/Order confirmation : once the order confirmed, to make a list chart for the recap summary based on all details given by Customer
