Research Analyst Intern

The Research Analyst Intern supports BeFa’s research team over a 6-month program, building market intelligence for the industrial property sector. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying secondary data, profiling competing industrial estates, and conducting primary research through site visits, price checks, and stakeholder interviews. The intern also analyzes supply–demand, pricing, and tenant segments. The program concludes with a market study, a market intelligence dashboard, and a presentation to management.
