Centre of Excellence (COE)

1. Support the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in business process analysis, process improvement initiatives, and SAP S/4HANA project activities. 2. Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, training materials, and other process documentation to support project implementation. 3. Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, including data preparation, report development, and performance monitoring. 4. Support data validation, report troubleshooting, and analysis of business data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability. 5. Develop and test workflow automation solutions using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide reporting insights, and support digital transformation initiatives.
