- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to acquire new Hometown subscribers - Monitor daily ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS) and optimize budget, audience, and creatives - Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages - Implement and maintain tracking (pixel, conversion events, UTM, lead forms) - Prepare weekly and monthly ad performance reports with actionable insights - Coordinate with Social Media and Sales Activation teams on creative assets, event promotion, and lead follow-up
