Support Talent Management team in Coordinate Talent Council preparations, consolidate talent data, and document succession planning outcomes; track and monitor X-STAR Development Program activities, participant progress, and evaluations; design engaging visual and communication materials for People Development initiatives; and maintain, analyze, and report talent management data to ensure accurate tracking and timely execution of programs.
