Key Tasks - Support People & Culture initiatives across the organization. - Contribute to projects that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture. - Assist in translating people strategy into programs, initiatives, and communication. - Support project coordination, progress tracking, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up across HR initiatives. - Gather, analyze, and summarize employee feedback, engagement data, and people-related insights. - Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, workshops, and people programs. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support continuous improvement in people practices. - Support selected HR operational and administrative activities related to ongoing projects.
