Talent Growth Intern

- Assist in planning and implementing talent development initiatives to support employee growth, capability building, and career progression. - Support the development and coordination of learning programs, training sessions, and other initiatives to enhance employee competencies. - Assist in identifying employee development needs by collecting feedback, reviewing performance data, and gathering input from relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate with internal teams to support the implementation of talent development programs and ensure effective participation. - Monitor program participation and effectiveness, prepare reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement in employee development initiatives.
