Fulfillment Operation Intern - Ecommerce Tegal

1. Observe e-commerce inventory processes, including goods receiving, put-away, stock opname/cycle counting, and replenishment, to understand existing workflows and identify operational challenges. 2. Collect and analyze inventory accuracy data, cycle count results, and the root causes of discrepancies between system records and physical stock. 3. Evaluate e-commerce storage layouts and space utilization, including product placement based on fast-moving and slow-moving items, to identify opportunities to optimize storage capacity and picking efficiency. 4. Review e-commerce replenishment processes, including demand patterns, min-max/reorder point parameters, replenishment frequency, and stockout or overstock occurrences. 5. Analyze inventory team productivity based on actual output, workload, and task allocation to identify opportunities for improving resource efficiency. 6. Develop analyses and improvement recommendations based on observations and actual operational data, considering inventory accuracy, storage capacity, service speed, and labor efficiency.
