IT Intern

• Provide first-level IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, email, and network-related issues. • Support the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. • Assist with user account management, license assignment, and access control in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365. • Support Microsoft Intune device enrollment, application deployment, compliance monitoring, and endpoint management activities. • Participate in IT asset management processes, including inventory tracking, asset registration, stock verification, and lifecycle management. • Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. • Perform computer hardware assembly, disassembly, component replacement, preventive maintenance, and equipment preparation activities. • Support network and infrastructure operations, including mounting and unmounting switches, firewalls, servers, patch panels, UPS equipment, and related devices. • Assist in monitoring cybersecurity alerts, supporting incident investigations, and maintaining endpoint security controls. • Support the deployment, installation, and maintenance of engineering and business applications, including Autodesk and other enterprise software. • Participate in IT documentation activities, including preparing user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), asset records, and system documentation. • Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and provide effective IT solutions and technical support. • Support IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, process improvement activities, and technology implementation projects. • Assist with IT governance, compliance, audit preparation, and ISO 9001 documentation activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services, operational efficiency, and user experience.
