Join Glints as a KYB (Know Your Business) Verification Intern and play a key role in protecting our marketplace by verifying the legitimacy of companies that use our platform. You’ll work alongside experienced verification agents to assess inbound and outbound company verification requests, apply SOPs, and help ensure that only trusted businesses operate on the Glints platform. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a regional tech company protects its users through structured verification processes, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing * Inbound Verification: Assess inbound verification requests from companies by completing required checks, applying verification criteria, and following relevant SOPs. * Outbound Verification: Conduct outbound verification by proactively validating company information through research, documentation review, and defined verification steps. * Case Documentation: Accurately complete verification worksheets for every assigned case, ensuring all required fields are filled with proper evidence and reasoning. * Independent Case Handling: From Month 2 onwards, independently handle both inbound and outbound verification cases while maintaining accuracy and efficiency standards. * Monthly Verification Audits: Participate in monthly audits where verification decisions are reviewed, and apply constructive feedback to improve future verifications. * Process Improvement: Share challenges, suggest improvements to verification worksheets or processes, and contribute to reducing human error. * Collaboration: Work closely with senior verification agents and the Verification Lead through shadowing sessions, guided practice, and one-on-one check-ins. Apa yang akan kamu kerjakan * Inbound Verification: Menilai permintaan verifikasi inbound dari perusahaan dengan menyelesaikan pengecekan yang diperlukan, menerapkan kriteria verifikasi, dan mengikuti SOP yang berlaku. * Outbound Verification: Melakukan verifikasi outbound dengan secara proaktif memvalidasi informasi perusahaan melalui riset, peninjauan dokumentasi, dan langkah-langkah verifikasi yang telah ditentukan. * Dokumentasi Kasus: Mengisi worksheet verifikasi secara akurat untuk setiap kasus yang ditugaskan, memastikan semua field terisi dengan bukti dan alasan yang tepat. * Penanganan Kasus Secara Mandiri: Mulai Bulan ke-2, menangani kasus verifikasi inbound dan outbound secara mandiri dengan tetap menjaga standar akurasi dan efisiensi. * Audit Verifikasi Bulanan: Berpartisipasi dalam audit bulanan di mana keputusan verifikasi akan ditinjau, serta menerapkan feedback konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas verifikasi di masa depan. * Peningkatan Proses: Berbagi tantangan yang dihadapi, memberikan saran perbaikan pada worksheet atau proses verifikasi, dan berkontribusi mengurangi human error. * Kolaborasi: Bekerja sama erat dengan senior verification agent dan Verification Lead melalui sesi shadowing, guided practice, dan one-on-one check-in.
