Procurement Intern

1. Support the preparation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). 2. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation. 3. Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and order status. 4. Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and resolving order-related issues. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements. 6. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
