Service Delivery Administrator

Support the Infrastructure Services team in administrating managed services & Support services contracts by maintaining Welcome pack & PM schedules, monitoring BAST submission status, tracking contract milestones, preparing operational reports, supporting billing documentation, coordinating approvals with customers and internal stakeholders, updating service dashboards, and ensuring service records are accurately maintained throughout the contract lifecycle. The intern will gain hands-on experience in Service Delivery governance, customer reporting, contract administration, SLA monitoring, invoicing support, and service operation management.
