Factory Process Staff

- Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes and process parameters. - Support the implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and process standards. - Assist in reviewing and updating process-related documents. - Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities. - Monitor process performance against established standards and targets. - Assist in identifying process deviations and communicating issues to the Process Engineer/Supervisor. Qualifications: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. - Basic understanding of process control and process improvement. - Basic knowledge of SOP and Work Instruction. - Good communication in English is a plus - Willing to work in Factory East Karawang
