Guest Service Mandarin / Arabic Speaker

The Guest Service Intern (Mandarin/Arabic Speaker) is responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and service needs while ensuring a welcoming and memorable guest experience. The trainee supports Front Office operations by providing excellent customer service and assisting Mandarin-speaking and Arabic-speaking guests throughout their stay.
