Adventure Leader

- Welcome and guide visitors by providing accurate information about attractions, facilities, schedules, and park experiences while delivering exceptional customer service. - Conduct guided tours and engage visitors through informative and interactive storytelling to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the park's attractions, wildlife, and conservation initiatives. - Assist guests by responding to inquiries, providing directions, and supporting visitor needs to ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience. - Support the implementation of guest engagement programs, special events, educational activities, and service excellence initiatives while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism. - Ability to speak english is a plus - Monitor guest feedback, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall visitor experience.
