Manufacturing Engineer Intern

- Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using Siemens NX and ZWCAD. - Collect and analyze technical data from production processes, including dimensions, material types, and cycle time. - Prepare technical proposal reports for new equipment procurement. - Develop budget breakdowns based on technical studies and requirements for new equipment. - Apply the 7 Quality Tools to analyze and identify production problems. - Utilize PICA/PDCA tools to develop and implement problem-solving and corrective actions. - Develop project plans to analyze and improve production process cycle time.
