Software Engineer Intern

As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll work as part of the engineering team to fix bugs, maintain the platform, and build new features. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a real production system that supports thousands of hubbers across Southeast Asia. Tech stack: * Backend: Go, GraphQL, PostgreSQL * Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js * Tools: GitLab (code review & CI), Kubernetes (review apps), AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) di seluruh proses development What You’ll Be Doing * Learn how the Managed Talent Platform works end-to-end — including web apps, GraphQL APIs, background workers, PostgreSQL, and the data lake. * Fix bugs and build small features in both the Go backend and the Next.js frontend. * Write database migrations, add GraphQL schemas and resolvers, and build UI pages with the shared component library. * Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability. * Participate in code reviews, merge requests, and team discussions following industry best practices. * Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) to plan, write, test, and review code — always verifying outputs before submission. * Own one scoped feature project from requirements to release — including technical planning, implementation, testing, QA, and deployment. * Work on the maintenance backlog — dependency upgrades, performance improvements, code clean-up, and documentation. * Deliver a feature project presentation and a handover document at the end of the internship.
