Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders. - Inventory Control: Monitor raw material and finished goods stock to prevent shortages or overstocking. - Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Calculate material needs and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of supplies. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the production floor, quality control, and warehouse teams to solve workflow bottlenecks. - Data Reporting: Track KPIs like production target adherence, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates.
