Qualifications 任职资格: > Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields. > Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, computer networks, and IT troubleshooting. > Basic knowledge of databases, programming, or system administration is an advantage. > Have basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. > Willing to learn new technologies, systems, and tools as required by the IT Team. > Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. > Adaptable and willing to take on various IT-related tasks. > Able to communicate in English/Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Job Description 职位描述: > Assist in managing user roles permission across company systems and applications. > Assist the IT team in daily IT operations and technical support. > Assist in implementing information security policies, monitoring compliance, identifying potential security risks, and supporting information security awareness activities. > Help identify, collect, and document the IT team's needs, including system improvements, software requirements and operational support. > Provide basic technical support to employees and assist in troubleshooting system, software, and access-related issues. > Assist in reviewing existing IT processes and identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, security, and usability. > Maintain IT documentation, access records, security checklists, and reports on IT-related activities. > Perform other IT-related tasks and projects assigned by the IT team according to business needs.
