- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting internet and network connectivity issues. - Perform basic checks on network devices, including routers, switches, access points, modems, LAN cables, and network ports. - Assist in troubleshooting hardware issues related to desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals. - Support the installation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. - Assist in setting up IT equipment and user workstations for new employees. - Provide first-level technical support and respond to basic IT requests and issues from users. Kualifikasi - Basic computer hardware knowledge. - Basic hardware troubleshooting. - Basic software installation and configuration. - Basic LAN and Wi-Fi knowledge. - Basic network troubleshooting. - Basic internet connectivity troubleshooting. - Basic understanding of router, switch, and access point. - Good communication in English is a plus - Willing to work in Factory East Karawang
