Construction Proposal Engineer (Mech/Pip)

Prepares the mechanical and piping sections of tender proposals: reviews P&IDs, isometrics, and specifications, performs quantity take-off, estimates cost and manhours, and develops construction methods and schedules. Coordinates with vendors and subcontractors to obtain price quotations.
