Technical Engineer

1. Project Coordination Support: Work alongside the Photovoltaics (PV) / Data Center technical team to help manage project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time and up to standard. 2.Customer & Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal teams — handle routine inquiries, service updates, and issue reporting. 3. Quickly learn our products, services, and industry best practices to effectively support the team and customers. 4. End-to-End Project Involvement : Participate in the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales solution design to on-site execution and final acceptance of Photovoltaics (PV) / Data Center systems. 5.Progress Tracking: Help monitor ongoing projects to ensure team objectives and sales targets are being met. 6.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service workflows and enhance overall team productivity and customer satisfaction. 7. Quality Assurance Support: Assist in auditing team performance and customer service to ensure work meets the company's quality, efficiency, and productivity standards.
